Funeral Services for Felicitas G. Benitez 93, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Monday-April 16, 2012-11:00 AM at the Lighthouse Christian Center-Lobo Canyon Road, Grants, New Mexico. Burial will follow at the San Rafael Community Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Monday-April 16, 2012 from 10:00 AM till 11:00 AM at the Lighthouse Christian Center.
Felicitas was born on July 12, 1918 in Gamerco, New Mexico and she passed away on April 10, 2012 in Grants, New Mexico.
She worked many years in the Carrot Fields and later sold Fruit. She was a homemaker and mother of 2.
She is survived by her son: Ray Lopez and fiancee Michelle of Grants, New Mexico; Daughter: Irene Lopez of Las Vegas, New Mexico; 6 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her Husband: Henry Benitez: Parents: Manuel Garcia and Gabriella Garcia; Grandson: David Campbell; Brothers: Ray Garcia, Salvador Garcia, Juan Garcia, Anicano Garcia, Gabriel Garcia; Sister: Mary Veloz Garcia; Nephew: David Garcia and Niece: Faviana Garcia.
Pallbearers will be: William Campbell, Joe Rivera, Rudy Sandoval, Armando Tena, Alonzo Tena, Rick Lopez.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Angie Lamb, Donella Jaramillo, Zenobia Campbell
