Ernestina Apodaca

Funeral Mass for Ernestina A. Apodaca 79, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Wednesday-February 24, 2010-10:00 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park. The Very Rev. Alberto Avella will be the Celebrant.



A rosary will be held on Tuesday-February 23, 2010-7:00 PM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church.



Ernestina was born on November 11, 1930 in Fierro, New Mexico and she passed away on February 20, 2010 in Grants, New Mexico. She was a home maker all of her life. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.



She is survived by her children: Esther Barnes and husband Terry of Grants, New Mexico, Jesus Apodaca, JR. and wife Cynthia of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, Cecilia Mondragon and husband Leonard of Grants, New Mexico and Lilia McKinnon and husband Rick of San Rafael, New Mexico; Sisters: Mercedes Tovar of Santa Clara, New Mexico, Lugarda Martinez and husband Alfredo of Santa Clara, New Mexico and Dolores Sanchez of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Brother: Antonio Andazola and wife Mary Lou of Byrd, New Mexico; 10 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.



She is preceded in death by her husband: Jesus Apodaca, Sr.; Parents: Mike Andazola and Esther Andazola.



Pallbearers will be: David Apodaca, Jeremy Barnes, Matthew McKinnon, B.J. McKinnon, Michael Apodaca, Danny Apodaca and Armando Mondragon.



Honorary Pallbearers will be: Erika Salazar, Alicia Mondragon and Jamie Martinez.
