Memorial Mass for Erlinda V. Steely, 87, of Villa de Cubero, New Mexico will be held on Friday-May 16, 2008-10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Light Catholic Church in Cubero, New Mexico. Burial will follow at the Cubero Community Cemetery. Father Leary will officiate.
A rosary will be held on Thursday-May 15, 2008-7:00 PM at Our Lady of the Light Catholic Church in Cubero, New Mexico.
Mrs. Steely was born on February 9, 1921 in Cubero, New Mexico and passed away on May 9, 2008 in Villa de Cubero, New Mexico. She had been a cook all of her life working in Resturants and Schools.
She is survived by her daughter: Lenore Baros and husband Max of Cubero, New Mexico; Sister Delia Ceballos of Irvine, California, Brother: Uvaldo Baca of San Bernadino, California; Grandchildren: Delane Baros of Cubero, New Mexico, Max J. Baros and wife Nenette of Grants, New Mexico; Great Grandchildren: Ashton Baros of Cubero, New Mexico, Beau Baros, Maxine Baros, Keith Zamora all of Grants, New Mexico.
She is preceded in death by her mother: Lucia Velasquez; Sisters: Prudencia Chavez, Angelina Lopez, and Viola Baca.
