Donna Thompson

Memorial Services for Donna R. Thompson 54, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Saturday-August 10, 2013-10:00 AM at the Victory Church of God, 222 E. Monroe, Grants, New Mexico.



Donna was born on November 21, 1958 in Lordsburg, New Mexico and she passed away on August 6, 2013 in Milan, New Mexico.



Donna enjoyed her friends and loved caring for her animals, she was passionate about the wellbeing of her family, she became very involved in her church and volunteered at the Victory Christian Academy. She loved gardening, music, raising her grandson Cameron, and her many personal friends as well as her computer friends. One of her favorite sayings was "Live simply, love generously, care deeply, speak kindly and leave the rest to God."



She is survived by her best Friend and Husband: Dan Thompson of Milan, New Mexico; Daughter: Rikki Mills and husband Aaron of Douglas, Wyoming; Son: Joseph Thompson and family of Bluewater Village, New Mexico; Sister: Cynthia Allen and husband Johnny of Lordsburg, New Mexico; Brother: Pete Moore and wife Nancy of Glen Rose, Texas; Grandchildren: Micah, Vince, Samantha, Gavin, Cameron, Logan, Samuel and Ashton and many nieces and nephews who were dear to her heart.



She is preceded in death by her Son: Michael Lee Mejia, Parents: Eugene Freeman Moore and Verbal Faye McLendon Moore; Sister: Diana Moore, Brother Billy Moore and Niece Tammy Chavez.
