Rosary and Funeral Mass for David Garcia 79 of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Monday-August 3, 2009-9:30 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park.
David was born on March 15, 1930 in McGaffey, New Mexico and passed away on July 24, 2009 in Grants, New Mexico.
He is survived by his sisters: Vera Medina of Gallup, New Mexico, Fabiana Garcia of Gallup, New Mexico and Lorraine Veloz of Milan, New Mexico.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Livrado Torrez and Maria Garcia Veloz.
Pallbearers will be: Pat Lujan, Xavier Medina, Edward Veloz, Ray Lopez, Sidro Medina and Cardino "Gomer" Chavez.
