Funeral Mass for Connie Candelaria,64, of San Rafael, New Mexico will be held on Thursday-November 29, 2007-10:00 AM at the San Rafael Catholic Church. Father Jeff King will be the celebrant. Burial will follow at the La Morada Cemetery in San Rafael, New Mexico.



A rosary and wake will be held on Wednesday-November 28, 2007-7:00 PM at the La Morada in San Rafael, New Mexico.



Mrs. Candelaria was born on August 11, 1943 in Picher, Oklahoma and she passed away on November 25, 2007 in Grants, New Mexico.



She is survived by her husband: Manuel Candelaria, Sr. of San Rafael, New Mexico; Children: Debby Formen of Oklahoma, Cindy Candelaria of Milan, New Mexico, Teresa Candelaria of Grants, New Mexico, Marcella Candelaria of San Rafael, New Mexico, Manuel Candelaria, Jr. of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Carlos Candelaria of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Michael Candelaria of San Rafael, New Mexico, Denise Candelaria of San Rafael, Christy Candelaria of San Rafael, New Mexico and Samantha Candelaria of San Rafael, New Mexico, 16 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.



She is preceded in death by her parents: Thomas and Lela Hemmick; Son: Ruben Candelaria; Brother: Howard Hemmick.



Pallbearers will be: Johnny Valdez, LEo Casaus, Jesus Martinez, Garry Formen, Manuel Candelaria, III, Damian Martinez, George Valdes and Randy Martinez.
