Clarence Worthen

Services for Clarence Albert Worthen, 80 of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Monday-July 6, 2009-11:00 AM at Compassion Mortuary. Pastor Lonnie Jordan will officiate. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park.



Visitation will be held on Sunday-July 5, 2009-4:00-6:00 PM at Compassion Mortuary.



Mr. Worthen was born on December 1, 1928 in Jayton, Texas and he passed away on July 1, 2009.



He is survived by his loving wife: Erma Worthen of Grants, New Mexico; Children: Larry Worthen and wife Valarie of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Beverly Blackwell and husband Dave of Glendale, Arizona, Delbert Worthen and wife Lillian of Gallup and Bloomfield, New Mexico, Deede Bradshaw of Grants, New Mexico; Brother: Clint Worthen of Grants, New Mexico; Sisters: Laura Mae Barnes of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Maudine Polk and husband Kenneth of Slaton, Texas; 10 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.



He is preceded in death by his parents: Obie Worthen and Maude Susan Johnson Worthen; Brothers and Sisters.



Pallbearers will be: Brad Blackwell, Charles Blackwell,

Jacob Bradshaw, Todd Worthen, Dee Worthen, Jerry Wilcox.



Honorary Pallbearers will be: Chase Blackwell, Hunter Blackwell, John Bradshaw, Toby Worthen, Katie Worthen, Annie Worthen, Tracey Blackwell, Jessa Bradshaw, Brittney Garrett, Briana Garrett and Tori Blackwell.
