Clarence Saavedra

A Rosary will be held on Wednesday-June 15, 2022-6:00 PM at the Family Home in Seboyeta, New Mexico. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday-June 16, 2022-10:00 AM at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Seboyeta, New Mexico. Private Burial will be held at a later time.



With a heavy heart our family is sad to announce the passing of our Father, Grandfather, brother, Uncle and Husband on June 5, 2022. Services will be announced at a later date.



Clarence Victor Saavedra 66, lived in Seboyeta, NM his entire life, a place where he called, "HOME". He was born on August 7, 1955 to Flaviano and Flora Saavedra.



He is survived by his wife Mary Saavedra and their 3 Children; Fabian Saavedra- wife Monica, 6 children; Dominique, Javier, Madelynn, Jennifer, Grace and Abbigail. Brian Saavedra-wife Bernadette, 3 daughters; Desiree, Brianna, Angelica. Tammy Saavedra (Gerard) and her sons Kyle Saavedra-wife Andrea and Jesse Saavedra and many, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.



The knowledge he shared will never be forgotten. How to work hard and to enjoy life not just here and there but every day. His smile and laughter was so contagious it attracted many people who became long life friends. He will be missed but not forgotten, heaven gained an angel. He worked as an underground miner for most of his young life in addition Construction and a Jack of all trades. There was nothing that he couldn't tackle and accomplish with pride. What he showed us was hard work and take head on the toughest of tasks. We now as a family will carry on his legacy with honor! His forever phrase was "because I'm telling you" "BOTTOM LINE"
