He is survived by his Loving Wife: Ninfa "Macias" Neal, Daughters: Kathleen Heisch, Lorene Ferrari; Sons: Richard Neal, Charles Neal and Marty Neal.

Pallbearers will be: Kathleen Heisch, Lorene Ferrari, Richard Neal, Charles Neal, Timothy Neal.
