Charles Grider

December 10, 1926 — February 20, 2006

Funeral Mass for Charles Wesley Grider, 79, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Saturday-February 25, 2006-10:00 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park.



Visitation will be held on Friday-February 24, 2006-12:00-6:00 PM at Compassion Mortuary with a Divine Mercy Service to follow at 7:00 PM at Compassion Mortuary.



Mr. Grider was born on December 10, 1926 in Melrose, New Mexico and passed away on February 20, 2006 in Grants, New Mexico. He was a graduate of Floyd High School in Floyd, New Mexico. Mr. Grider retired from the United Nuclear-Homestake Mines.



He is survived by his wife: Anna Margaret Grider of Grants, New Mexico; Daughters: Pamela Rivera of Memphis, Texas, Laura Pouges of Albuquerque, New Mexico;; Step Children: Lowell Graves of West Ville, Florida, Ralph Siebert of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Constance Marie Siebert of Milan, New Mexico, Cecelia Wheeler of Grants, New Mexico, Blue Siebert of Grants, New Mexico, and Terri Lynn Siebert of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Sister Claudine Davis of TorC, New Mexico; Brother: Billy Joe Grider of Melrose, New Mexico; Grandchildren: Jeramine Pouges and Desheila Pouges both of Albuquerque, New Mexico: 12 Step Grandchildren and 9 Step Great Grandchildren.



He is preceded in death by his parents: Vada Cambell Grider and Ernest James Grider; Brothers: Wilfred James Grider, Glen Gider and Robert Grider.



Pallbearers will be: Billy Joe Grider, Paul Grider, Larry Grider, Blue Siebert, James Pouges and Khristopher Middleton.



Alternate Pallbearers will be: Cody Siebert and Gary Grider.
