Charla was born on September 17, 1963 in Gallup, New Mexico and she passed away on June 22, 2019 in Mentmore, New Mexico.
She is survived by he Daughter: Deeonza John of Gamerco, New Mexico; Brother: Stuart Bell o Bonners Ferry, Idaho; sisters: Desiree Carson-Berry of Tucson, Arizona and Charlene McDaniel of Monahans, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her Parents: Charles Bell and Thelene "Simpson" Bell.
In lieu of Flowers the family ask for donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 8500 Menaul Blvd NE Ste A500 ,
