Funeral Services for Cecil M. Yazzie 86, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Saturday-April 12, 2014-10:00 AM at Compassion Mortuary. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park. Pastor Kenneth Talk will officiate.

Cecil was born on November 25, 1927 in Bluewater Lake, New Mexico and he passed away on April 8, 2014 in Grants, New Mexico.

He is survived by Sons: Harry M. Yazzie of Prewitt, New Mexico, Raymond M. Yazzie of Pewitt, New Mexico, Cecil Yazzie, Jr. of Prewitt, New Mexico and Daniel Yazzie of Tohajiilee, New Mexico; Daughters: Pauline Yazzie of Grants, NEw Mexico and Francis Yazzie of Grants, New Mexico; Brother: Jimmy Yazzie of Grants, New Mexico; Companion: Juanita Peralto of Grants, New Mexico; Step Daughter: Heather Peralto of Grants, New Mexico.

He is preceded in death by his Parents: Ben Morris and Mary Sandoval; Daughter: Dalinda Yazzie.

Pallbearers wil be: Wayne Edsitty, Toby Edsitty, Troy Apachito, Victor Abieta, Dody Yazzie, Damien Begay.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: harry Yazzie, Raymond yazzie, Cecil Yazzie, Jr., Daniel Yazzie, Jimmie Yazzie.
