Funeral Mass for Carmen Baca Lucero 86, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Saturday-July 28, 2012-10:00 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park.



A Rosary will be held on Friday-July 27, 2012-7:00 PM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church.



Carmen was born on May 29, 1926 in Winslow, Arizona and she passed away on July 25, 2012 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was a Homemaker and Caregiver.



She is survived by her loving Husband: Fred Lucero of Grants, New Mexico; Sons: George Lucero and wife Lydia of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Pete Baca of Grants, New Mexico, Mike Lucero and wife Rena of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Freddy Lucero and wife Edna of San Rafael, New Mexico; Daughters: Liz Baez and husband Sid of Las Vegas, Nevada, Tillie Martinez of Boulder City, Nevada, Lucy Diaz and husband Chico of Cubero, New Mexico, Paulina Molina and husband Elias of Grants, New Mexico, Margaret Lucero and husband Jimmy Heras of Bernalillo, New Mexico and Evelyn Moreno and husband Paul of Midland, Texas; Sisters: Ruth Beardsley of Richmond, California, Mela Duran of Phoenix, Arizona and Maryann Polamo of Hollywood, California; 37 Grandchildren, 83 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.



She is preceded in death by her Parents: Nemenico Baca and Lena Baca; Sons: Alfredo Lucero, Jr., Robert Lucero and Paul Lucero; Brother: Eloy Baca; Sister: Leta Garcia; 1 Grandchild and 2 Great Grandchildren.



Pallbearers will be: George Lucero, Pete Baca, Mike Lucero, Freddy Lucero, Tom Aguilar, David Jaramillo



Honorary Pallbearers will be: Tony Molina, Chico Diaz, Sid Baez, Jimmy Heras.
