Rosary and Funeral Mass for Carlos Chavez, III 50, of Albuquerque, New Mexico will be held on Wednesday-December 10, 2014-9:30 AM at the San Rafael Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the San Rafael Community Cemetery.



Carlos was born on June 9, 1964 in Grants, New Mexico and he passed away on December 6, 2014 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.



He is survived by his Sons: Carlos Christopher Chavez and wife Rachel of Hobbs, New Mexico, Randy Paul Chavez and wife Anais of Jal, New Mexico and Michael Larry Chavez of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Parents: Carlos Chavez, Jr. and Damacia Jaramillo Chavez of San Rafael, New Mexico; Grandchildren: Elijah Chavez and Leilene Chavez of Jal, New Mexico and Adam Chavez of Hobbs, New Mexico; Brothers: Clifford Chavez of San Rafael, New Mexico and Gary Porter of San Rafael, New Mexico; Sisters: Dorinda Jaramillo and husband Jeff of San Rafael, New Mexico, Dorella Chavez of Grants, New Mexico and Dorothy Chavez of Grants, New Mexico.



Pallbearers will be: Carlos Christopher Chavez, Michael Larry Chavez, Randy Chavez, Gary Porter, Adrian Chavez, Kevin Lopez, Clifford Chavez and Omar Barragon.



Honorary Pallbearers will be his Grandchildren: Elijah Chavez, Leilene Chavez and Adam Chavez.
