Carl was born on November 15, 1935 in Telluride, Colorado and he passed away on February 10, 2017 in Bluewater Village, New Mexico. He was a Veteran of the US Marines and a proud member of the Bluewater Volunteer Fire Department.
He was married for 56 years to the Love of His Life: Eleanor Bieber Kinsey of the family home in Bluewater Village, New Mexico; other survivors are his Son: Daniel Kinsey of Grants, New Mexico; Daughters: Kim Ritchey of Carlsbad, New Mexico and Charlotte Deluca and husband Gregory of Albuquerque, New Mexico and two Granddaughters: Amanda Shiplet and Jessica Deluca.
He is preceded in death by his Parents: Carl Kinsey, Sr. and Eleanor Paul Kinsey; Brother: Robert Kinsey: sisters: Betty Fredericks, Laura McCormic and Arlene Fetzer.
