Services for Bobby Gene Lowery 87, of Bluewater Village, New Mexico will be held on Saturday-September 11, 2010-10:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1010 Bondad Ave., Grants, New Mexico. Burial will be held at the Pioneer Memorial Cemetery, Bluewater Village, New Mexico with full Military Honors by the VFW Lodge 3221 of Grants, New Mexico.



Visitation will be held on Saturday-September 11, 2010-9:00 AM - 9:45 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.



On September 3, 2010, Bob G. Lowery passed away. He is now with his Heavenly Father and family who have already gone ahead. He was a kind, happy man who gave unselfishly of his time to all who were in need. To all those who have been a part of his wonderful life, we thank you very much.



Dad, at a very young age, fought in the Army to serve his beloved country in World War II. He fought in all of the 5 biggest battles in Europe. He was always proud of his service for ensuring the freedom of the USA.



Dad left the very special lady of his life, Ruth Tietjen Lowery of Bluewater, New Mexico and their 5 children: Carroll Ann Kennedy and husband Edward of Kennewick, Washington, Gordon G. Lowery and wife Nancy of Hominy, Oklahoma, Keith K. Lowery and wife Becky of VanCouver, Washington, Victor D. Lowery of Bluewater, New Mexico and Clint C. Lowery and wife Valerie of Mesa, Arizona; 16 Grandchildren, 23 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
