Billy R. was a member of the Lobo Canyon Volunteer Fire Department. He loved going camping and going on four wheeler rides with his close friends who he considered his family. He brought joy and laughter to everyone who knew him and he will be missed deeply.
He is survived by his brother: Johnny Fjord of Utah.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
