Bessie Platero

Services for Bessie C. Platero 90, of Bluewater and Borrego Pass, New Mexico will be held on Wednesday-November 25, 2009-10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Grants, New Mexico. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park.



Bessie was born on May 21, 1919 in Standing Rock, New Mexico and she passed away on November 22, 2009 in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.



She is survived by her husband: Sam Platero of Borrego Pass, New Mexico; Children: Lee Platero of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, Leo Platero of Salt Lake City, Utah, Thomas Platero of Bread Springs, New Mexico, Rita Adison of Castle Dale, Utah, Janice Antone of Borrego Pass, New Mexico and Paulien Eversole of Bluetwater, New Mexico; Sister: Dorothy Tolth of Borrego Pass, New Mexico; 17 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.



She is preceded in death by her sister: Nellie Becenti and Brother: Charlie Chavez; Parents: Andrace Chavez and 'At'eed Chii



Pallbearers will be: Lee Platero, Leo Platero, Thomas Platero, JR. Adison, Mario Platero and Jamie Platero.
