Funeral Services for Bennie Perez, 77, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Wednesday-December 6, 2006-10:00 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Father Michael Kugler will be the celebrant. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park.

A rosary will be recited on Tuesday-December 5, 2006-7:00 PM at Compassion Mortuary.

Mrs. Perez was born on August 16, 1929 in McFee, Colorado and passed away on December 1, 2006 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

She is survived by her sisters: Virginia Atencio of Grants, New Mexico, Ophilia Lucero of Grants, New Mexico, Jennie Rael of Grants, New Mexico; Brother: Manuel Atencio of San Rafael, New Mexico.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Mike Perez; Parents: Cipriano L. Atencio and Ernetina Archuleta Atencio; Sister: Elda Atencio; Brothers: Gilbert Atencio, and Elias Atencio.

Pallbearers will be: Fred Rael, Arthur Madrid, Manuel Atencio, Clarence Lucero, Larry Diaz, Ruben Chavez and Paul Chavez.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Elias Atencio, Adrian Madrid, Aaron Madrid
