Annette Chavez

A Rosary for Annette Chavez 54, of San Rafael, New Mexico will be held on Friday January 13th, 2024 at 2 pm at Mt. Taylor Funeral Home Chapel.

The viewing will be held after the Rosary.

Annette was born on September 24th 1969 in Grants, New Mexico and She passed away at her home on January 5, 2024. She Survived by her husband Teodoso Lucero and her children Esperanza and Isaac along with a grandson Izeyah, mother Velma Ortiz She had three sisters. Nancy Chavez from Grand Junction Colorado, Samantha Chavez from Albuquerque New Mexico, Peggy Chavez from Albuquerque New Mexico, Isaac Lucero brother-N-law from San Rafael New Mexico

She is preceded in death by her father Martin Chavez and Step-father Ben Ortiz SR.
