She is survived by her parents: Albert R. Chavez, Jr. and Johanna Saavedra of Grants, New Mexico; Brothers: Dominick Chavez of Grants, New Mexico and Justin Chavez of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Matthew Ocana; Sisters: Francesca Valdez of San Rafael, New Mexico, McKayla Chavez of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jaymine Saavedra and Trinity Saavedra; Grandparents: Richard Chavez of Grants, New Mexico, Raymond Saavedra of Grants, New Mexico, Anna Oweda,; Great Grandparents: Geneva Chavez of Grants, New Mexico and Elisia Gallegos of El Paso, Texas, Juan and Patricia Oweda and Susieta Saavedra; Uncles Albert Saavedra, Anthony Saavedra and girlfiend Meloslee Toler; Aunt Amy Gonzales and husband Ted E. Gonzales; and may other uncles, aunts and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents: Christina Chavez, Josie Chavez, Alberto Chavez, Andy Gallegos.
