Services for Alice Lackey,69 of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Wednesday-April 9, 2008-11:00 AM at the Church of Christ. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park. Pastor Charlton Taylor will be the celebrant.



Visitation will be held on Tuesday-April 8, 2008-4:00-7:00 PM at Compassion Mortuary.



Mrs. Lackey was born on August 28, 1938 in Rosenberg, Texas and she passed away on April 4, 2008 in Grants, New Mexico.



She is survived by her children: Kenneth Ray Mazone of Grants, New Mexico, Elvis Louis Hilliard of Montana, Mildred Denise Hilliard of Lovington, New Mexico, Jacqueline Welch of Santa Fe, New Mexico, Howard Lackey, Jr. of Montana, Michael Norton Lackey of Las Vegas, New Mexico, Henry David Lackey of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Shamicqueica Lackey of Grants, New Mexico, Angela Lackey of Grants, New Mexico, Gina Stance of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Joshua Lackey of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Sister: Lillie Bell Wiggins of Glendale, Arizona; Brothers: Frank Hilliard of Grants, New Mexico and Louis Hilliard of Tacoma, Washington; 29 Grandchildren and 30 Great Grandchildren.



She is preceded in death by her husband: Howard Lackey, Sr.; Parents: Henry Howard Hilliard and Isabel Caroline Hilliard; Sister: Rose Lee Geter; Brothers: Henry Hilliard, Jr. and John Lee Hilliard.



Pallbearers will be: Walter Lee Simes, Marvin Welch, Johnny Welch, Chris Sena, Chris Cargil, Michael Herrera.
