Mr. Lopez was born on August 8, 1942 in Chamisal, New Mexico and passed away on September 9, 2006 in Grants, New Mexico. He was a retired Uranium Miner.

He is survived by his wife: Veronize of Grants, New Mexico; Children: Matthew M. Lopez of Grants, New Mexico, Albert Lopez, Jr. of TorC, New Mexico, Penny Lopez of T or C, New Mexico, Gilbert and Wife Crystal Aragon of Grants, New Mexico, Melinda & husband Ralph Ortiz of Grants, New Mexico, Daughter in law, Monica Aragon of Grants, New Mexico; Brother: Ben & wife Olivama Lopez of Grants, New Mexico; Sister: Dephilia and husband Jose Archuleta of Grants, New Mexico; 8 Grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Albert Lopez, Sr. and Fedelia Lopez; Sons: Mark Lopez and Lloyd Aragon; and a nephew: Gary Lopez.
