Rosary and Funeral Mass for Adolfo M. Valencia 81 of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Tuesday-September 19, 2017-9:30 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park.



Adolfo was born on September 27, 1935 in Pecos, New Mexico and he passed away on September 12, 2017 in Grants, New Mexico. He was a retired Uranium Miner at the time of his death.



He is survived by his Loving Wife: Oralia Valencia of Grants, New Mexico; Son: John Valencia of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Daughters: Shirley Martinez of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Gerrie Valencia of Belen, New Mexico, Emily Valencia of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Brothers: Joe Valencia of Grants, New Mexico and Manuel Valencia of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Sisters: Eufemia Padilla of Dallas Texas, Mercy Chacon of Silver City, New Mexico and Sylvia Sandoval of Winslow, Arizona; 19 Grandchildren, 36 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.



He is preceded in death by his Son: Adolfo Valencia, Jr.; Parents: Manuel Valencia and Maria (Vigil) Valencia; Brother: Sammy Valencia; Sisters: Tony Chavez, Lou Martinez, Clorinda Nanez, Lana Valencia and Shirley Valencia.
