Adelina Marquez

Funeral Mass for Adelina "Della" Marquez, 72, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Saturday-March 10, 2007-10:00 AM at St. Teresa of Avilla Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park. Father Alberto Avella will be the celebrant.



A rosary will be recited on Friday-March 9, 2007-7:00 PM at St. Teresa of Avilla Catholic Church.



Mrs. Marquez was born on August 1, 1934 in San Rafael, New Mexico and passed away on March 6, 2007 in Grants, New Mexico.



She is survived by her husband: Florencio S. Marquez of Grants, New Mexico; Children: Melinda and husband Arthur Salazar of Grants, New Mexico, Toni and husband Johnny Montano of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Clarence and wife Beatrice Marquez of Adelino, New Mexico and Edward and Sandra Marquez of Milan, New Mexico; Sisters: Mary Olguin of Pecos, New Mexico, Eloisa Valdez of San Rafael, New Mexico, Peggy Valdez of San Rafael New Mexico, and Emma Archuleta of San Rafael, New Mexico; Brothers: Aurelio Apodaca of San Rafael, New Mexico, Frankie Apodaca of San Rafael, New Mexico and Ralph Apodaca of Grants, New Mexico; 11 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.



She is preceded in death by her parents: Nestor and Martina Apodaca; Sister: Casey Olguin; Brothers: Viviano Apodaca and Gilbert Apodaca.



Pallbearers will be: Adrian Marquez, Ray Garza, Jose Vigil, Abel Lueras, Anthony Chavez, Francisco Hidalgo, Julian Salazar.
